- We are looking for a Marketing Head who'll lead all our marketing activities from social media, digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. - You will be responsible for developing plans to establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you're a skilled Marketing strategist and able to inspire your team members, we'd like to meet you. - Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness. Position - Marketing Head - Work Experience - 6+years Mode of Work - Remote (Temporary) Roles and responsibilities: - Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams; including Performance, Social, Advertising & Creatives, Influencer, and SEO. - Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department. - Set, monitor, and report the team goals. - Manage and direct the social media team, creatives team, performance marketing team, SEO team, PR & brand campaigns for Hirect. - Regularly analyze the user data to optimize our marketing efforts. - Plan and lead marketing campaigns on Instagram, Google third-party properties, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin, and OTTs - Design branding, positioning, and communication strategies - Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like social media, web pages, and advertisements) - Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas, to understand the gaps in our -communication. - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. - Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans. - Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features). - Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives. Requirements : - Work experience of leading marketing teams for at least 3 years, preferably within the consumer internet industry. - Deep understanding of performance marketing & social media - Understanding of creatives, copy & human behavior. - Excellent communication skills & analytical skills - Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with an interest in the startup ecosystem. - Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals. - Experience running successful marketing campaigns Qualification - Bachelors/Masters in Marketing Management or related discipline from a reputed institute.
