Our client is a upcoming D2C brand in Jewelry business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor analysis, and identify new market opportunities.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various marketing channels.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, public relations, and traditional advertising.
- Manage and develop relationships with marketing agencies and vendors.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and implement them into marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA, PGDM in Marketing.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, market research, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of marketing metrics and ROI.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
