As the Marketing Head for the B2B US Cloud Market, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition in the competitive and rapidly evolving cloud services industry. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to achieve business objectives. Your role will play a critical part in establishing and maintaining the company's position as a leading player in the US Cloud Market.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to penetrate the B2B US Cloud Market, aligning with the overall business objectives and sales targets.

Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing.

2.Brand Positioning: Enhance brand positioning and brand equity in the US Cloud Market, ensuring consistent messaging and differentiation from competitors.

3.Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: Plan and execute lead generation campaigns, customer acquisition programs, and go-to-market initiatives to drive revenue growth.

4.Content Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies) that showcases the value of our cloud solutions and establishes thought leadership.

5.Digital Marketing: Utilize various digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and webinars, to reach and engage target customers effectively.

6.Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and network with potential customers and partners.

7.Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.

8.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing expenditures.

9.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

10.Marketing Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

11.Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams: Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with sales goals, product launches, and customer feedback.

12.Customer Retention and Advocacy: Develop strategies to nurture and retain existing customers, driving customer loyalty and advocacy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience (at least 7-10 years) in B2B marketing, preferably in the US Cloud market or related technology industry.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and market share growth.

- Strong knowledge of cloud services and the cloud computing market landscape.

- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.

- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and lead generation tactics.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
