Job Responsibilities :

- Work directly with the CEO to define and execute a marketing strategy.

- Build a team of people who will implement a strategy to significantly raise company's profile

- Get the following done in the immediate term (next 3-4 months) :

a) Gather and create case studies from marquee customers

b) Create a positioning statement for the company

Revamp the corporate presentation :

a) Revamp the website

b) Create a corporate video that succinctly explains company's positioning

Work on a strategy to maintain outreach and branding. Some items include but are not limited to the following :

a) Create a mailing list and send out an industry newsletter

b) Issue press releases at least once every month to maintain visibility

c) Get publicity in print and media

d) Generate leads for the company

e) Arrange for the CEO and senior management to speak at relevant conferences

f) Sponsor local events to raise the profile of the company

Job Requirements :

- An Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in marketing from an IIM is a must

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing is a must

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing is a must

- Willingness to travel to customer sites around the world is a must.

- Expertise with MS-Word, Powerpoint and Excel a must

- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills a must
