Work model: Hybrid (2 days WFO in a week)

Marketing team size: 5-6
All the interview process would be virtual. In case the candidate based out of Delhi would be asked come down to office to meet the founders.
Current company size: 60-65. Planning to scale it up to 100 members team by the end of Dec 2023
Funding Status - 1.3Mn (Seed funding).

It is an AI-driven CRM company for large D2C brands and retailers. We have some of the biggest brands in our portfolio like Tommy Hilfiger, CK, jack & jones, levis, taco bell, barbeque nation etc. We enables large D2C brands & Omnichannel retailers to engage their customers across eCommerce & stores. With the digital retail wave alongside us, we've seen a 7x growth in the number of brands using us over the last year.
The chance to scale company from $1M to $10M++
We think of this role as an entrepreneur as much as a Marketing Head. But instead of building a company from scratch, you get to come in after we've gone through the pains of getting to $1M ARR while figuring out early market-product fit. You get to directly take on the challenge of helping us to scale the business from $1M to $10M revenue in 2.5 years & beyond.

What you'll own :
- You will own the marketing budget & have the ownership & freedom to drive the marketing game plan to grow company from $1M to $10M ARR & beyond.
- Of course, you'll make your own plan, but here are some ideas of what we expect that'll involve.
- Develop the long-term company marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, and creating relationships with key stakeholders (CXOs) in emerging markets.
- The development and implementation of a winning Lead Generation strategy. This will involve experimentation across ideas like ABM, social media, performance marketing, PR, events & conferences etc. Then just pick what's working double down on it & drive growth.
- Take ownership of the business's reputation and recognition; including brand, PR and communications.
- Working closely with the Sales Team; enabling them to meet their objectives.
- Working closely with the Product Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products.
- Continual market reviews, consumer trends and the activities of competitors
- Work towards building a larger sense of community.
What we are looking for?
- Experience of working with a high-growth or scaling business having implemented a successful lead-generation marketing plan
- Have worked within a SaaS, financial services SaaS product
- Deep understanding of B2B SAAS marketing for mid-market and enterprise clients, ideally in the retail industry.
- Have a complete understanding of content & growth marketing including branding strategies.
- Can successfully maximize ROI from events and build proprietary events in the future.
- Critical understanding of content lead marketing - case studies, podcasts, webinars, guides, and more.
- 5-10 years of experience leading marketing teams.
