Marketing Head :

Location - Bangalore /Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai

Our client is looking for a Marketing leader, a high-energy individual with distinctive people skills. Proven leadership in managing diverse teams and cross-functional communications and providing mentorship and strategic vision.

- Ability to play multiple roles with broad range of both analytical and creative skills in marketing, account management, large deals management and operations.

- High level of familiarity with rapidly changing technologies and business strategies that demand attention to detail and strong long-term vision.

Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve organizational goals

Team Leadership and Performance Management:

- Lead and motivate a team guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their growth and development.

- Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback to drive individual and team excellence.

Requirements:

- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
