Hiring for Marketing Head

Job Role: Marketing Head

Experience: 10-15 years

Location : New Delhi

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive offline and online marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Lead and manage the marketing team, overseeing campaigns, advertising, social media, email marketing, and events.

- Monitor market trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated marketing initiatives.

- Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and media agencies.

- Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices for innovative marketing strategies.

- Responsible for Offline + Online Marketing

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related field.

- Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams, preferably in the education or related industry.

- Should have handled Marketing Budget of 5-10 Cr.

- Strong understanding of offline and online marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant marketing tools.
