Location: Bangalore Role : - Lead the Marketing function for the range of B2C + B2B. products - Responsible for business P&L - Build a strong and sustained brand franchise - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share - Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) - Designing & executing marketing strategies including innovations & research - Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives Requirements: - MBA/PGDM from a leading institute. - Post qualification work experience of 10-15 years in marketing of which a few years in hands-on brand management is essential - Experience in leading D2C/Digital Marketing/e-commerce is a must - An ability to work with and interpret data & customer insights - Pan India experience in managing ATL/BTL campaigns and budgets - Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills
