Job roles & responsibilities :
- The position is responsible for developing, design and implement marketing strategy, identified various input to build strong brand image/brand preference to become market leaders of the product, constantly scan external environment to get market intelligence.
Marketing strategy : Responsible for developing and implementing business specific marketing strategy to contribute in business growth through marketing interventions.
Market leadership : Design, develop and deploy customized marketing initiatives to achieve product line market leadership as per Brand Image.
- Drive uniform and consistent message pertaining to build brand image across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, and promotional material) and Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Stakeholder Management : Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel and analyze consumer behavior and determine customer preferences.
Market Intelligence : Responsible for identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share through consumer/market insights Monitor competition, acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features.
- Monitor and supervise team to achieve departmental goals, constantly overseeing the opportunity of developing team and establish seamless cross functional alignment.
- Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e., what are the 'must haves' for this role
Education : BE + MBA
Experience : 15+ years of experience, 10 + years in IO in B2C segment
