Head - Marketing - International Marketing Division - FMCG

One of the growing and renowned FMCG majors are looking for experienced professionals to Head the Marketing for their International Division. The organization has operations in the Middle East, Russia, North Africa, Sub Saharan Africa and SAARC / SEA market clusters.

Role: Head of Marketing, International Marketing Division (Specifically for Personal Care Division)

Experience: 14-18 years within the FMCG sector

Requirements: The candidate should ideally have experience in Marketing specifically in areas like NPD, New Communication Development, Innovation, Brand Development, Brand Building in a Global space. The role will be responsible for strategising marketing plans for different countries, coordinating with the country teams as well as collaborating with cross functional teams internally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develops the marketing & brand management strategy for the organizations International Marketing Division.

- Drives the brand portfolio decision & brand mix development including brand definition & proposition, advertising, pricing, packaging, place and promotion for each category & brand.

- Assumes overall responsibility for Brand Innovation for all international geographies.

- Assumes for group of brand responsibility for supervising/ directing all marketing & and branding activities for all brands of the company.

- Taking joint responsibility for P&L.

- Ensures coordination with sales department to implement & monitor all marketing initiatives.

- Ensures effective media evaluation & planning attain maximum ROI by coordinating with key media providers.

- Brand Vision/ Architecture and 12Q plan development & execution,supervises the Brand Managers.

- Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance excellence.
