- Scale India Schools to an Annual Run Rate of USD 100 Million by end of FY21
- Executed through Digital Marketing and ATL/BTL Campaigns
Responsibilities :
- Ensure achievement of revenue goals every quarter
- Ensure achievement of cost of acquisition goals every quarter
- Create a measurable preference for the company over competition among Universities
For Performance Marketing :
- Build a supply of smart team members
- Build or deploy tech to optimize automatically
- Build multiple channels for leads - each channel contribution should be under 30%
For Communication :
- Build a supply of smart team members
- Ensure our communication is distinctly global quality
- Ensure our communication measurably reduces CAC
For Brand :
- Build measurable brand preference among Universities
- Build measurable brand preference among high-affluence students
Skills Required :
- Experience running marketing for a USD 100 - 200 Million P&L
- Experience operating in an environment where brand integrity and compliance is to be met 100%
- Experience building and managing multi-channel marketing innovation, boundaryless thinking (involved in marketing, delivery etc.)
