You will be heading overall marketing activities of the company - all online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities and Duties
Marketing & Branding
- Crafting strategies for all marketing team, including digital, advertising, communications and creative.
- Leading the team consisting of digital marketing and creative guys.
- Meeting the targets to get the required leads to the company across geographies.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.
- Developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Taking care of ATL/BTL and other marketing activities.
- Responsible to increase customer reach month-on-month.
General
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals.
- Continuously monitor internal/external trends and keep a close eye on competition in the marketplace.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
What you should have :
- Sense of scrappiness, high energy levels and do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals
- Strong analytical and advanced decision making skills
- Grad or Under-grad from- IITs, IIMs and other premier institutes
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns. Solid knowledge of web analytics, google adwords and marketing on social media platforms.
- Prior experience in working with technology or technology led products in marketing would be an added advantage
- Past experience in launching and managing new brands/products or programs is highly desirable.
