- The Marketing Head will be the sole custodian to manage the brand identity and positioning, across categories and channels.
- Partner with category teams and build customer focused product content across channels.
- Ability to drive effective marketing communication for launch of new product, key features. Effectively drive customer loyalty through various marketing tool.
- The incumbent will be responsible to drive marketing communication across category along with planning BTL & ATL initiatives throughout the year.
- Own and grow all brand channels, website, social media and e-commerce brand store and deliver on decided metrics.
- Should have managed brand building campaigns, celebrity engagement, influencers and build from concept to execution with key focus on measurements and outcomes.
Ideal Candidate-Experience and Competencies
- Post Graduate Management degree with a specialization in Marketing from a premier Institute.
- The desired candidate should have 9-16 years of experience in Marketing and Sales with a significant experience in brand management, business planning and brand communications.
- Should have demonstrated track record in the management of external agencies and the development through the line campaign materials
- The candidate should have built a brand and scaled the brand
