- To increase the sales of the various paid services of the hospital by building on existing clients and attracting new potential clients from Borivali to Surat.
- To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies to the CEO leveraging the competitive advantage and reputation of the hospital and to plan and execute various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans approved for Individuals and Corporates .
- These plans for example could include but not limited to Events, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program, Life - Style Management Program etc
- Understand and leverage various government health welfare schemes which the hospital could provide
- To explore newer geographical areas. new markets, as part of the strategic plan.
- To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
- To do regular fieldwork to understand and dynamically align the marketing plan.
- Digital marketing Initiatives
- To create and implement a sales and marketing MIS.
