We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Lead to lead the marketing efforts of our rapidly growing HealthTech startup. The Marketing Head will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement robust marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand positioning, lead generation, and customer retention, Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints. Create and execute effective Above-The-Line marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and reach.

- Plan and execute targeted Below-The-Line marketing initiatives to engage and convert potential customers. Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar outlining key campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities.

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

- Develop and execute a strategic PR plan to enhance the company's public image and maintain positive relationships with media outlets.

- Oversee the creation of press releases, articles, and other communication materials to effectively communicate the company's key messages.

- Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to gather insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated business efforts.

- Oversee the creation and management of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content across various platforms. - Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum impact.

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications - Master''s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 5 - 12 yrs of marketing experience from a healthtech or medical device company.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of ATL, BTL, and content management.
