Job Description :
- Digital marketing, Branding Management, Corporate Communications, Advertising, Media Planning, Public Relations, Marketing operations, Senior Appointments, Market Research, Strategy & Consulting.
Specific Responsibilities :
- To build and manage marketing function.
- To define strategy, focus areas, work plan and execution of marketing goal.
- To develop channel-specific promotional marketing programs to brand strategy and business goals.
- Responsible for planning budgetary control in Marketing.
- To analytically approach marketing by collecting and analysing data.
- Developing and managing digital marketing strategy, programs & campaign
- Lead Digital SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display Ads, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing.
- To review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- To be a brand promoter, an ensuring consistent brand expression with consumer with different culture
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- To implement & execute marketing and promotional calendar to drive traffic, sales, and engage the target customers.
- To integration marketing, merchandising, product development with other departments as appropriate to accomplish good ideas.
- To manage customer journey by regularly tracking, monitoring customer perception and to improve metrics.
- To establish and manage marketing activities - ATL, BTL, partnerships, PR & community management.
Desired Competencies & Skills :
- 8+ yrs of experience in FMCG, Retail/eCommerce.
- Management experience and a strong leader.
- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
- Desire and ability to think like a customer
