Professional Marketing Manager  Summary :  - Ensures smooth activation of the professional endorsement strategy in the market  - Drives development and execution of local activation plans, insight collection, analysis, and knowledge  - Responsible for delivery of professional endorsement targets in the SO  Organization Context :  Reports to Marketing Director  - Strategically directs professional marketing and sales professionals in the SO (if applicable)  - Works as part of the SO H&W marketing team and is the linking pin for the SO to the Global Center of  Excellence in Professional Marketing  - Collaborates seamlessly with other commercial functions in the SO, BG professional marketing, Media  Planning, PR and Legal  Key Areas of Responsibility :  - Manages local activation of the professional endorsement strategy for the BG/category  - Develops, analyses and communicates local professional market knowledge and insights  - Develops and executes the professional endorsement marketing component of the 3-year category strategy in the SO and the annual local activation plan  - Owns implementation of the local professional business model and endorser contact strategy  - Monitors productivity and effectiveness KPIs on monthly basis; initiates corrective actions where necessary  - Monitors competitive activity and raises competitive issues to BG team in timely fashion  - Owns the local market introduction process of new propositions  - Develops and executes professional endorsement launch plans per proposition (incl. A&P)   - Responsible to set quarterly priorities for the professional detailing team (internal and/or external)  - Delivers locally optimized launch campaigns, leveraging global professional marcom toolkit  - Owns the Win Promoter Plan (WPP) for Professional Endorsers  - Analyses local NPS diagnostics and aligns WPP.  - Monitors WPP activity progress on quarterly basis; initiates corrective action where necessary	  - Manages local professional marketing and sales capabilities  - Trains, develops, coaches and engages the SO professional marketing and sales team  - Maximally leverages expertise from external suppliers (e.g. Professional PR)  - Coordinates regulatory, legal and (local) claims development and approval requirements in SO	  - Drives Professional Marketing Activities  - Establishes effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Associations, Academic Institutions and  Consumer Review organizations  - Responsible for local professional CRM plan, incl. local tradeshows, professional media , DM, online and Public Relations activities  - Develops and delivers professional marketing programs that effectively drive education of professional endorsers and/or evoke strong consumer call to action following professional recommendation  Key Performance Indicators :  - Total Sales attributable to Professional Endorsement  - Pro Recommendation / Endorsement Rates   - ROI (on pro. endorsement OFSE+A&P investments)  - B2B Product NPS for Categories (if measured)  - Quality of local professional endorsement network  Candidate Requirement :   - Min. 5-7 years of relevant and successful business experience in consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Mother & Child Care, Pain Therapy   - University level with Business/Strategic Marketing direction  - Ideally has worked in multiple categories in dedicated professional marketing and sales roles  - Previous exposure to regulatory, claim and clinical issues associated with marketing consumer healthcare solutions  - Ability to interact effectively with key professional influencers in the industry and consumer test institutes  - Ability to think conceptually from a broad Business Perspective, strategically and out-of-the box  - Demonstrated leadership skills  - Fluent in local language and in English  - Minimum assignment duration requirement for this role is 3 years
