Key Criterias:
- The candidate must be from Hospital Industry only
- The candidate must have handled at least 1 Hospital (150 Plus bedded facility)
- Corporate Hospital experience preferred
CRITICAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
List the critical account abilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.
- To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to the business plan.
- To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans
- To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, CMES, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program and Life - Style Management Program Etc
- To carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
- To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.
- To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
- To do fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan
- To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof - reading etc
- To maintain all the bills related to the Corporate and follow-up should be carried out for the payment of the outstanding
- To conduct regular follow-up of all the Prospective Corporate clients who have received our information folder
- To plan and schedule a meeting with the representative of present and prospective corporate clients, after acquiring the proper details about the suitability of the time of corporate client, with Unit Head & Senior Vice president
- Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management
- Competitor tracking
- Market Intelligence
- Responsible for conducting in-house camps & promotions of health awareness days
- Responsible for brand promotion
