The organization has a significant presence in India with a large share of the market and is looking to ramp up its Molecular Business in India.
II] Key Responsibility :
- Collaborate with business partners to drive Indian market requirements into the current and future IVD divisions product portfolio.
- Will enable marketing excellence by driving efficiency, and process improvements, including IVD Marketing operations related to annual marketing planning, performance management dashboards, internal communication tools, and planning of internal marketing/collaboration meetings.
- Responsible for providing marketing strategies and tactical support to the Organization, contributing to the growth of the business
- Effectively work within team to inspire and influence above authority.
- Effective collaboration and tight coordination with local and global marketing partners
- Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive portfolio/product strategy that includes product requirements, pricing strategy, and launch logistics to accomplish business objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, technology trends, identification and assessment of significant growth opportunities, and create strategies that deliver profitable market share
II] Must Have :
- Minimum 15 years of experience of working in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of the functional strategies of IVD and/or Medical devices Industry
- Team management experience
- Prior experience of devising a marketing strategy for new launches/new businesses
