A Premier Healthcare Organisation (With over 200 retail Homeopathy Clinics & A Fast growing FMCG Products Business), focused on it's Core Purpose of 'Creating Happiness through Good Health' is looking for a smart, bright & values-based professional as Head - Marketing.
The role would be based at Mumbai and the primary responsibilities of the role would be as follows :
- Build strong Consumer Insight led 360 degree Sales & Marketing strategy, encompassing all elements like lead generation, campaign execution, media planning (ATL / BTL), SEO, Website management, Digital Products, Digital / Social media, ROI tracking, brand management, etc.,
- Map potential Product / Market segments and be accountable for Profitable growth - Drive a Growth mindset,
- Effectively manage Marketing budget to optimize Spends & optimize ROI from all campaigns,
- Effectively work with retail centre teams to track feedback / opportunities rigorously, thus maximizing opportunities & minimizing any potential drops / leakages,
- Create a strong & robust brand with positive recall in the digital space,
- Formulating National marketing policies, tactics and strategies based on market intelligence and research projections,
- Create a supportive & exciting / enriching professional environment for the Marketing team.
