Reports to - CEO Key Stakeholders- Sales, R&amp;D, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, QA and Regulatory, HR Job Description :&nbsp; - Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan and long term strategic plans for the company. - Plan and administer the company's Marketing budget and keep cost in control. - Responsible for strategic alignment, planning, development and delivery of new products in association with R&amp;D, packaging and manufacturing team; preparing marketing plans /schemes for various channels to meet overall marketing objective. - Connection with External vendors and consultants/agencies - Responsible for the Public relations efforts for the brands. Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communications agencies - Make staffing and hiring decisions within the marketing department. Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient. - Focus on the Branding principles and tactics through multimedia and advertisement. Formulate &amp; implement ATL / BTL promotion activities (Electronic, Digital, Web-based, Outdoor, Print, Consumer Offers &amp; Activation) for all brands at the national and regional level. - Manage CMI as a strategic lever for brands to develop consumer validated plans and innovations. - Looking after product pricing as well as gross margins of each SKU Managing the Digital Marketing plan for all brands Pre-Requisites: Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with a degree in Management from the premier institute Years of Experience: 15-18 years of experience of which 3-4 years as the Head of Marketing Preferred Age Group: 35-40 years Excellent communication skills Snapshot : - The role requires the person to have a drive and assertion - Ability to communicate and negotiate with others in a logical manner - A friendly approach and ability to influence and persuade others, including those outside the immediate sphere of influence at a peer level Ideal Traits: A self-starter, enthusiastic, self-confident, inspiring and meticulous individual
