As Marketing Head, you will be tasked with overseeing the development and implementation of company's marketing strategies, and with guiding the team that executes them. It's critical that you enjoy marketing category creating products and have a knack for increasing mass adoption by unique, innovative and out of the box strategies. Key Responsibilities : - Increase company's revenue by creating and implementing marketing plan and strategies which will give company a competitive edge - Conceptualise and implement the strategy and OKRs for all marketing functions - Digital, BTL, Social, Communications and Creative - Oversee creation and execution of marketing calendar across all functions - Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, including design of tests, reporting, analysis, and recommendations - Ensure consistency in company's brand positioning across all channels and campaigns; both internally and externally - Continually monitor changes in consumer trends and competitor activity, and adapt company's positioning accordingly - Report on the effectiveness of marketing activities based on predetermined KPIs - Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing team - Our Ideal Candidate would Have a successful track record as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, with a MBA or relevant degree in the field - Demonstrable experience with digital marketing forms such as social media, display advertising or content marketing. - Has an analytical approach to problem solving - Has a proactive work ethic with a strong drive for results - Has excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. - Is highly competent at project and stakeholder management - Has the desire to grow professionally with ongoing education
