Job Description :

- You're an analytical, data driven growth strategist, with an expertise in marketing, a passion for the digital creation space, and a soft spot for the travel domain. You spend your days dreaming up creative ways to grow and engage a community, both online and off, and have the quantitative skills to define and determine the success of your initiatives. You've grown a user base and a company, and are excited to use that experience and knowledge to build a community of millions.

- Create and own our growth strategy, working closely with our technical team and in constant collaboration with every area of business operations (including marketing, creator relations, and partnerships) to improve our product and grow our user base.

- Develop and drive all digital and non-digital marketing efforts, identifying and analyzing key metrics to evaluate success.

- Oversee events, community, brand, materials, ad ops, referral/affiliate programs, and marketing.

- Immerse yourself in the the world of digital content, including blogs, articles, infographics, etc.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate :

- Deep understanding of growth strategies, including content and direct marketing, live community events, social media campaigns, user behavior, paid acquisition, and ad operations.

- Extensive experience developing and executing these strategies from the ground up.

- A rare mix of creative and analytical thinking, developing unique and innovative engagement tactics while using metrics to identify key insights.
