Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy:

a. Collaborate with the executive team to define growth goals and objectives. o Identify key performance marketing channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

b. Create and implement data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

c. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

d. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

2. Performance marketing and advertising:

a. Oversee and manage all performance marketing channels to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.

b. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and improve key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

c. Analyse campaign data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.

3. Brand building and positioning:

a. Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance brand awareness, perception, and customer loyalty.

b. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all touch points, including advertising campaigns, social media channels, and content marketing initiatives.

c. Monitor industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to inform brand positioning and differentiation strategies.

4. Influencer marketing and partnerships:

a. Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to drive brand awareness, reach new audiences, and generate meaningful engagement.

b. Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including negotiation, contract management, and performance tracking.

c. Track and analyse the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and partnerships, making data-driven decisions for future collaborations.

5. Social media management:

a. Oversee the company's social media presence across various platforms, including content strategy, community management, and engagement.

b. Monitor social media performance, analyse metrics, and generate insights to optimize content strategy and drive engagement and growth.

c. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to leverage new opportunities for growth.

Key Requirements:

- MBA or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing

- 7+ years of progressive experience working in a marketing role with experience in Digital (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate, Alliances, Display Ads, Video Advertising, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing) and Offline (ATL, BTL, partnerships, PR and community management) marketing activities

- 1+ years of work experience as Lead/Head/VP/GM/Director Marketing, essentially a Marketing Leadership role, preferably within Ecommerce, Food & Beverages Retail, Restaurants and/or Retail

- Experience running successful performance marketing campaigns

- Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing including Social Media Marketing

- Experience with CRM software

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

- Analytical mind
