- Coordinate with Manager Marketing Services (Frozen Snacks) for all aspects related to Branding / Activation for Companies product and any other Frozen categories, drawing synergies from work being done for Frozen Snacks. Monitor impact on brand salience and sales of Prawns

- For B2C products like Prawns, coordinate with the different sales channels to ensure Availability, Visibility, Freshness and eventually sales as per plans. To work with the business teams on Pricing, Supply Chain and Logistics, and enable cost effective solutions.

- Conduct market research to generate consumer insights based on which product development, promotion, pricing and other strategies can be formulated

- Participate in the Product Development process of existing segments and newer segments for B2B customers, with focus on Staples, Prawns, Frozen F&V and Processed F&V, in consultation with respective business managers and in coordination with department. Managing all regulatory approvals for these products to be taken to the markets

- Packaging solutions for all value added products

- Marketing campaigns / collaterals for the various other segments, especially B2B, including pre-launch and post launch activities. Given the business segments, the need would be to design and execute creative solutions with limited budgets.

- Marketing collaterals for other Commodities in Agri SBU like Bulk Commodities, Spices, Coffee, etc,

- Institutionalize systems and processes to track competitive action in the category as well as in any other categories that can have a bearing on our categories. Identify creative opportunities for partnering with other categories to reduce our costs of marketing, whilst building alternate means to push our products. Update the business team on emerging trends.

- Monitor formal and informal consumer feedback across channels and coordinate requisite interventions. Initiate swift responses to any consumer complaints and address the same as appropriate.

- Responsible for all websites related to the Division (including Tobacco and Agri Commodities), except Prawns and Farmland, which will be the responsibility of the marketing team of Frozen Snacks

- Additionally, provide guidance to teams on their marketing campaigns, merchandizing strategies, and in-store shopping experience
