- Lead the execution of marketing and branding programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- P&L Management of different categories,
- Long term Brand Strategy / Management,
- Media planning/Strategy,
- Product launch/relaunch,
- Consumer research and insight development,
- Interaction with Cross-functional team,
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies,
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Work with NPD & production team to develop new product.
- Responsible for various market and consumer researches (Qualitative & Quantitative) for new launches & to understand consumer insight.
- Supervises marketing services projects including long-term sales forecasts, coordination with the supply chain /production team for new product launches and coordination with sales to assess the efficacy of sales activation initiatives.
