Job Description :
- Lead identification/development of new opportunities to grow Tobacco and FMCG business
- Lead all relevant marketing & research initiatives to gain Insights, analyze research to understand Consumers, Brand-Consumer Interactions and Brand Issues. Identify & Implement plans to Leverage growth Opportunities
- Achieve targeted business results - off-takes, market share, revenue & contribution - by leading planning & execution of various ATL & BTL initiatives.
- Lead development & execution of brand strategy & annual marketing plans.
- Lead creative agency to develop brand strategy & other brand-related initiatives.
- Co-ordinate with media planning agency to develop & execute effective media plan to achieve targeted media objectives.
- Lead & Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure smooth Implementation & Operationalization of Key Brand Initiatives & NPD Opportunities
- Managing a team of 4 category managers
