The team will be working closely with the founders and be involved in/ exposed to various aspects of the business and strategy from the initial stages. Key responsibilities: - Responsible for creating brand awareness and visibility via online and traditional models - Create interest and demand through the use of creative services, advertising, strategic relationships event, channel, and online marketing - Establishing sales targets to meet company's goals - Responsible for managing monthly marketing budget and ROI on spend - Responsible for alliances with other brands, schools, play areas, mom bloggers etc. - Managing events and exhibitions to promote the brand and create awareness - Managing the marketing team Requirements: - 7-14 years of marketing and brand experience preferably in an FMCG environment - Strong academic achievement at a top tier school - essential - Proven track record in marketing and sales highly preferred - Experience with ATL and BTL marketing - Well-spoken and English fluency required This role is based in Mumbai - please only apply if you are already based in Mumbai.
