Key Responsibilities &amp; must have Skills &amp; Exposure: Branding &amp; Communication :&nbsp; - Being the Brand custodian, drive all aspects of brand management viz. thought leadership on the brand architecture. - Creating a unified &amp; consistent communication plan to reach the consumer, in line with brand perception &amp; values. - Developing &amp; evolving &amp; the current brand positioning vis a vis the evolving markets, customer needs, business segments, competition tracking; with a view to create a blue print for brand uplifting &amp; evolution over a period of time. Demand Generation :&nbsp; - Generating demand for product &amp; services offering amongst right target groups, thereby working in tandem with the requirements of the Businesses. - Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable impact on both brand (Awareness/Consideration scores) and business objectives (grow top of the funnel, i.e. footfall /lead generation etc). - Working closely with Management &amp; Business Heads for creation &amp; execution of Go-To-Market strategy for new products &amp; businesses to enable them to meet their commercial objectives with the right tools, materials, promotional plans and marketing interventions - In depth understanding &amp; experience of Digital &amp; Online Marketing. Others: - PR handling - The person should be extremely focused on metrics, analytics and data driven to ensure that the customer/brand experience - Strong focus on Return on Investments (ROI) on brand /promotional spends - Guiding the day to day activities of marketing team .
