Head Marketing - Leading MNC Brand. ( One of the most recognized Brands Globally)

Position Location: NCR Delhi

- Leading a Team of 6-8 people including Marketing Managers, Brand Managers and Asst. Brand Innovation Managers.

- Managing the complete marketing for the Brand.

- Responsible to execute the marketing calendar in full & on time for the channel

- Responsible for driving breakthrough product innovation

- Responsible for all communication (including all television communication, on ground 360) efforts on the brand. Drive cutting edge new communication efforts.

- Drive new age experiences and create an 'experiential calendar'

- Leading the development of the products of the future - across asset, touch points, menu, and communication

- Manage a team of Innovation & Activation Managers and work towards their growth and development.

Candidate Specifications :

- We are seeking candidates with 8-13 years of experience in driving cutting-edge marketing programs and innovation within the FMCG/ Consumer Products/ Retail Sector.

- MBA from a Premier B School is a must have.
