- The role of Head- Marketing is responsible for Leading the Marketing function. This entails identifying risks, opportunities and ensures appropriate strategies are in place to achieve profitable, sustainable business growth & expansion of parameters such as - Same Store Growth, Top line sales, New stores Expansion, EBITDA etc.

- To Lead the agenda to bring alive the brand & business strategy through innovative & effective solutions and give input to R&D on New products or improvement in existing products through effective Consumer Insights, Packaging, Product narratives.

- This role directs the development of the overall Corporate Brand Identity over long term and oversee the implementation and ensure leverage of market research and insights in developing brand strategies to align plans to customer needs and build competitive differentiation within the desired brand identity framework.

- Articulation of a Digital Marketing strategy and bringing it alive through intervention in web presence, social media execution, campaign execution, building alive brand values and back story and exploring e-commerce opportunity.

- Build, execute Delivery app through effective consumer understanding and lead the delivery dimension for  through own App and aggregators.

- Lead, design, and execution of Winning product and communication development in line with the agreed marketing calendar for new product launches.

- Lead successful opening of New Stores through robust marketing campaign and proactive readiness.

- Assures quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of Standards and Controls, systems and procedures, audits, and regular evaluation.

- Identifying opportunities and executing programs for incremental sales through Local Store Marketing initiatives, CRM/Driving Loyalty Program

- Drive strategy and plan and Execute marketing initiatives for new projects, menu changes, special menus, remodels and rebranding campaigns, price increase etc.

- Conduct regular research analysis of existing and new digital marketing platforms to determine effectiveness.

- Manage advertising and public relations agencies, utilizing them as resources for brand and revenue enhancement programs.

- Drive consumers satisfaction through robust process, technology and data taking feedback and providing leadership to restaurants for achieving customer score.

- Be the key custodian and sponsor for the Voice of Customer in the company aided by state-of-the-art Analytics tools.
