- We are looking to hire a Marketing Head who will be in charge of leading our company's marketing efforts.

- The incumbent will be responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives that create brand awareness at the macro level as well as drive traffic and sales for the retail locations.

- As a successful hire, the person will be responsible for providing guidance to the marketing team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning of the brand.

- He/she will also be working closely with our sales & operations department to develop the marketing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share.

Key Responsibilities :

- Building brand awareness and positioning.

- Developing and managing advertising campaigns.

- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

- Evaluating and developing the marketing strategy and execution plan.

- Understanding and developing budgets. Generate reports on marketing campaign results and ROI, making recommendations for future campaigns based on findings.

- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.

- Drive traffic and sales through effective local store marketing initiatives, including but not limited to print, digital, social media, in-store events, and grassroots marketing.

- Planning, directing, communicating, and coordinating marketing efforts.

- Monitor competitor activity and adjust marketing plans accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest standards of quality in all marketing initiatives.

- Working with sales & ops department to develop strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.

Marketing Head Requirements :

- Masters degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

- 10 years+ experience in marketing and atleast 4 years of leading a marketing team.

- Proven marketing campaign experience.

- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.

- Strong copywriting skills.

- Attention to detail.

- Proven ability to manage budgets.

- Professional and proactive work ethic.

- High competence in project and stakeholder management.

- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
