- Executing marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives and goals.
- Develop and execute brand architecture for the organisation
- Implement strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments
- Develop and strengthen the brand awareness, relevance and reputation.
- Lead the creation/production of inspiring design, content and campaigns that builds the brand.
- Sharpen brand vision- understand current target market, identify best communication platforms
- Manage and create digital media plan with alignment on all product launches, marketing campaigns and other key events
- Establish key centres of excellence and the brand presence to drive the awareness of the brand.
- Work on ATL (advertising and promotional campaigns) and BTL (consumer engagement activities) to improve consumer connect with brand
- Organize and manage communication and promotional campaign; assess the market conditions and competitor's activities in order to implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
- Oversee several marketing activities, developing and improving company's image, operations or market information.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience in marketing of minimum 15 years
- Preferably MBA in marketing from a reputed institute
- Experience in developing and building brand
- Experience in building brands through use of advertising, creative and production processes and market research
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation to effectively portray the brands- presence on online channels.
