Candidate should be
- from Premier B School
- not greater than 35 years
- from the FMCG industry
- 12 to 15 years of work experience in Product Management
- entire gamut of Product Management function in a typical FMCG setup
Role -
- Managing a team, focused on overall growth and market share of the brand
- Controlling and deploying marketing budgets across product lines and their extensions to achieve profitability and market share targets
- Involve all forms of communication, including ATL, BTL and digital for the same
- Working with the leadership team to strategies for scope of growth, new product development and brand extensions
- Strategize for the long term focus of the organisation in the country, working closely with marketing insights, consumer research and sales teams
CTC: 40 - 45 LPA
