Head Marketing
Heading the Marketing function of the Consumer division including Product planning, drawing marketing strategies, develop programs to capture and grow market share ensuring profitability.
- Leading Marketing Team and Business Communications both internal & external.
- Conduct regular reviews of marketing activities & measure results.
- Drive marketing activities (BTL & ATL) across the region
- Conducting periodical review meetings for assessing the progress of the promotional event
- Demonstrate leadership quality amongst the marketing team with a clear vision in line with the Company's Objectives.
- Strategies for new product launch. Focus on driving sales and profit of Stores (Companies' brand stores).
- Day-to-day dealing with an advertising agency and relevant agencies like digitals specialist
- Negotiating with media agencies, vendors, and Public Relations with publishing houses.
- Monthly Analytics on market updates such as market share, consumer insights, the effectiveness of digital marketing, and consumer satisfaction index.
- New creative ideas to increase Brand visibility
- Conducting periodical review meetings for assessing the progress of the promotional event

- The position would be responsible for creating brand value and positioning the Company as a one stop solution industry.
- Responsible to develop and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy that incorporates marketing automation, digital, social and offline channels.
- Lead strategic and operational decisions within the marketing team
Lead the thinking on overall strategy, business model, consumer initiatives, brand planning and budget management across the various geographies and categories.
- Lead the innovation & launch agenda across brands and segments as well as future hunting grounds.
- Develop annual and project specific brand promotion plans and handle participation at various events.
- Lead the concept development process for each of the segments.
- Manage the brand communication and product strategy from inception to delivery of the brand and ensure that each brand measures up to the overall consumer positioning and segment goals.
- Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface for lead tracking and management.
- Lead commercialization and revenue generation of new and ongoing brands.
- Organize promotional events within budgetary allocations.
- Focus on multiple channels for marketing including new media / social media etc.
- Handle appropriate media selection for advertising new product launch campaigns.
- Consistently work with the peers towards the overall business objectives and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Leadership development and retention of the team
