12-16 years experience in Marketing
- Masters in Marketing preferably from FMCG/FMCD Background
- Create and execute the Marketing strategy for TICI in order to build awareness for our brands leading to sales growth and hence market share gains across all served segments.
- Ensure development of new products/refreshes based on market insights, consumer research with a focus on gaining market share in each of the served segments.
- Create a calendar for product year launch.
- Set, achieve and track progress of market share targets for the present business through ATL/ BTL promotional activities and periodic reviews in order to meet objectives laid down in the business plan
- Driving the digitization in sales & marketing, Understanding customer insights through surveys, New initiatives, Market trend analysis and roll out of Analytics
- Spearhead the strategy for Digital Marketing & E Commerce for TI Cycles
Key Decisions-
- Pricing decisions within the budgeted contribution
- Recommend Marketing Plans for the year
- Recommend Advertising plan and the media plan and spend for the same.
- Assess the competition /market landscape and device strategy to address the current gap - Long term and short term
