Marketing Head - Leadership role (5-7 years of exp)
Overall experience in an FMCG &/or Ecommerce space a must.
Position - Marketing Head
Reporting to - CEO
Location - Gurgaon
Responsibilities/ Key Performance Indicators :
- 360 degree marketing strategy, planning & deployment
- Product Development, Pricing & Strategy Developing and Driving Channel Strategy (across Traditional Trade, MT, E-com, other Emerging channels)
- Brand Management: Positioning & communication related decisions
- Expert on insights/value propositions/ Digital
- Build, scale and optimize online as well as offline marketing programs against growth targets and ROI Goals
- Test and scale multimedia channels for impact and relevance
- Manage the channel leads and agencies to maximize channel performance and ensure outstanding campaign execution
- Coordinate measurement, forecasting and budget reconciliation of channels
- Effectively communicate marketing results and analysis to relevant internal and agency stakeholders
Qualifications, Skills & Experience required for the role:
- Full-time MBAs with 5 to 7 years of work experience
- Solid body of work across whole marketing mix - development across Product, Communication etc.
- Experience of working with external stakeholders - Agencies, Media Partners, Research Partners, etc.
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Strong know-how in planning long range plans and delivering results
- An ability to think out of the box and be an Industry Pioneer
