Marketing Head for a FMCG Client (Indore Based)
- Reports to CEO
- Initially IC role keep adding members based on scaleup
- Current Revenues Around - 25CR;plan is to grow this business aggressively to grow geographically in new markets to grow the revenue to - 100 cr in 3 years' time
- Take overall responsibility of Marketing
- Should have product management knowledge & experience - from Ideation to launch. Being a central point for all functional process based on Go-to plan
- Sound knowledge of Marketing processes, including e-commerce & digital
- Analyze and recommend brand positioning based on consumer insights
- Shape and communicate Brand vision and mission
- Devise innovative growth strategies (Digital 1st & D2C included)
- Monitor product visibility & availability with consumer reactions
Candidate Profile:
- An MBA from an Institute of repute with 10 to 15 yrs experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food Processing, Consumer facing Industries
