Head - Marketing - FMCG

Profile :-

The Head - Marketing will be responsible for all Marketing Activities for the Foods Business. He will have a team of 2 to 3 people reporting to him.

i. He will be responsible for meeting targeted volumes and profits for the business. He will prepare a mid - term plan (3 years) and translate that into an AOP which will be the basis for the company’s activities.

ii. ATL activities for the company – planning and execution of media support which may include TV / Radio / Print / Outdoor and POSM. Interaction with Advertising and Media Agencies.

iii. Market Research as required – Nielsen data, ad hoc surveys

iv. Planning and execution of BTL activities in conjunction with the Sales System

v. Packaging development

vi. Web and Social Media Development and execution

vii. Monitoring and control over marketing expenditure

viii. In pack gifts – innovation, cost effectiveness and monitoring

ix. The Head-Marketing will be responsible for initiating New Product Development activities and will spearhead implementation and control

x. Cost Effectiveness Programs.

Location: The candidate will be based at Delhi

Profile

a. The candidate will need to be an experienced Marketing who has had exposure to both BTL and ATL activities. Exposure to sales will be a distinct plus.

b. The ideal candidate should have worked in the marketing department of FMCG vertical with an MNC / well organized Indian Company. The experience on the packaged foods will be considered as an added advantage.

c. He should be a dynamic go getter with a strong focus on delivering results. He should be able to function effectively on his own in a relatively unstructured environment.

d. He should have a minimum of 10 years of experience and may be around 35 - 40 years old

e. An MBA degree from a top institute is a must for this position
