Base Location - Delhi
Reporting - Business Head of the Organization

Brief on expectations from this Leader :
- Strong Leadership, Stakeholder management and Negotiation skills.
- A true Marketer (Strong on all types of agencies handling). Adequate experience in brand positioning and repositioning. Good experience into 360- Marketing (TV, Radio, Print etc.).
- Exposure to social media & Performance marketing.
- Good into managing Marketing budgets, media agencies, media buying, planning etc.
- Ability to run multiple projects / tasks.
- People oriented Marketing Leader who has ability to compete with leading players in the market and can scale the organization to the next level.
- Someone who can develop brand / marketing mechanism which directly impacts business.
Profile, Skill and Competencies :
- Proven working experience as a new age marketer handling significant advertising budgets.
- Strong conceptual understanding of Brand strategy culminating into clear creative and communication strategy.
- Deep Understanding of digital landscape and platforms, media, and ecommerce.
- Knowledge of growth marketing strategies, performance marketing.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams in a highly dynamic & fast paced work environment.
- Customer focus with service orientation and strong business acumen.
- Strong on team handling & leadership.
- Analyze the customer behavior data to assess the engagement levels and design solutions to ensure healthy renewal rates.
- Create and launch Go Live Plans for customer experience improvement programs.
- Responsible for leading Brand Experience-creating a wholesome customer experience in alignment with Brand ethos.
- Develop brand vision, while anticipating mid- to long-term changes by drawing on brand, consumer and key markets understanding.
- Executing Brand strategy with adherence to Brand Architecture and principles for short as well as long term.
- Developing creative and media strategy for both ATL (TV, Print & Digital) and BTL Marketing, go- to-market planning, and consumer engagement.
- Lead communication strategy for marketing initiatives and social media campaigns.
- Deliver on Brand Health KPI's & Market Share.
Desired Experience :
- Should have cut his brand management teeth in Retail sector.
- Should have handled functions such as Consumer Research, in sighting, Mainline Advertising across different channels and vehicles - TV, Print, Radio, Cinema etc.
- Should be very comfortable with leading Digital marketing practice which includes Social as well as Performance Marketing.
- Should have demonstrated success in dealing with Mainstream, Digital, Media Buying and Research agencies.
- Will be an added advantage if involved with large brand re-positioning / brand image correction exercises.
- Should be high on sense of aesthetics, design leadership and building aspiration while staying with mainstream segment.
