We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated&nbsp;and driven person to join our growing marketing team and who wants to build a marketing career with an&nbsp;innovative, fast growing Fintech startup. - You will be responsible for devising, developing and driving a comprehensive marketing plan for the&nbsp;business that supports our aggressive growth plans. You will be data driven and comfortable with&nbsp;adjusting plans based on data points. - With excellent marketing experience you will have the ability to get involved in all aspects of Marketing. - It&nbsp;will focus on designing and building the marketing function spanning across customer servicing for the&nbsp;most innovative banking platform in India targeting college-going students. Candidate will be responsible for : - Digital : Updating, maintaining and optimizing the website and digital channels. Managing traffic&nbsp;generation and digital marketing techniques to increase visits - Physical Marketing : Coming up with innovative ideas to market the product - Comms : Manage all external and internal PR &amp; communications with the creative agencies - Brand building : Ensure the curation of original content and strong presence in the market to&nbsp;promote the brand Candidate Requirements : - 8+ years of overall marketing experience - Great communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and social media - Demonstrable experience of marketing background - Open for travel (after Covid) - Experience working with Fintech's as clients or working for a Fintech firm will be a plus - Open mindset and looking for learning opportunities
