Would be responsible for 360 degrees of marketing activities including ATL, BTL and Digital with a team of 6 to 8 people
- Head Marketing will design, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with organization's business goals and oversee the company's marketing and brand strategy.
- Design and conceptualizing events & promotions activities
- Co ordinating with multiple stake holders including the advertising and marketing agencies for the design development of marketing collateral.
- Build the brand in market in both physical and digital space delivering the value proposition
- Deliver on new customer acquisition plans with the planned marketing spend
- Plan and implement customer retention strategy
- Manage all communications across channels supporting brand proposition
- Manage marketing budget and optimize CAC
Qualification & Experience:
Should be Graduate or MBA with minimum 10 years of experience from fintech/ financial technology industry with strong enterprise marketing experience, B2B marketing, product marketing, brand strategy, campaign management, sales enablement, Go To Market, Lead Generation.
