Head Marketing- Fertilizers

This position is with one of the 2nd largest manufacturers of fertilizers.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop the annual marketing plan for the Fertilizer SBU including market research programs and field force activities.

- Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.

- Ensuring effective marketing communications including the web, print communication, and advertising.

- Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing efforts - ROI analysis of campaigns, determining change in purchase patterns and sales, brand recall value, customer/channel feedback etc.

- Complete Portfolio management covering budgeting, planning for ATL/BTL, brand management, vendor management (ad agencies), positioning & crop segmentation.
