We are hiring for the profile of Marketing Head at one of the Leading Retail Brand.
SUMMARY
The job holder will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to develop the as a brand in line with the Business objectives and ensuring that positioning of the brand is consistent throughout the Country .To effectively manage and enhance the performance of brand by understanding consumer insights and, creating compelling consumer engagement programs and building brand. Ensure Footfall, Basket size and Conversion growth through marketing activities across customer touch points
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Building
- Develop Brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with the Business objectives
- Ensure that the entire brand building strategies/exercise is implemented in all the stores and in all the territories
- Liaison with Media Agencies/Consultant to develop appropriate theme board/communication methodology in line with Business objectives
- Develop/maintain a website for the brand that is in line with brand image
- Strengthen brand positioning through appropriate marketing communication
- Develop the marketing communication & PR strategy to address the target consumer's aspirations for the category and deliver across customer touch points
- Check the brand association with the customer through dipstick surveys
- Planning, designing and execution of catalogue
Promotions and Events
- Recommend store promotions in consultation with buyers / retail operations
- Ensure that all communication material required for the promotions is developed / designed and sent to the stores/territories within the time frame specified
- Recommend events specific to brand / product category / season
- Forecast along with buyers / retail operations on the increase in footfall sales during the promotions
Marketing Planning
- Annual Marketing Calendar (Thematic and Tactical)
- Regional marketing plan
- Rolling quarterly marketing budget adherence
- Adaptation of communication to the regions
- Plan Impactful new store launches to achieve desired footfalls and conversion
- Develop appropriate marketing plan to ensure superior brand experience across customer touch points
- Planning and monitoring advertising and marketing expenses, align spends to budgets, generate savings through innovation, partnerships, negotiations, spend consolidation.
Media planning & Media Management
- Develop and implement an effective, optimized media mix, to leverage the potential of all available mediums in achieving business objectives
- Evaluate media performance for the respective brands and competition
- Leverage PR for product stories every season
- Create brand salience through appropriate selection of media vehicles
- Showcase new collections through appropriate media events & Press meets
Brand communication - ATL & BTL
- Showcase the seasonal collection through appropriate brand communication keeping the VM calendar in mind
- Consistency in brand communication in sync with brand positioning across stores
- Develop appropriate advertising brief across relevant media
- Sign off creative developed by the agency
- Adherence to process and timelines in ad shoot conducted by Dubai Team
Brand activation - BTL
- Develop BTL properties including digital media for both ATL & BTL and enhance brand visibility
- Develop tactical marketing plan to generate footfalls in stores
- Customization of marketing mix to suit the store requirement on a regional / city basis
Brand Loyalty:
- Strengthen loyalty base by monitoring the TIC program ensuring the enrollment and management of members
New store launches:
- Catchment analysis report to understand the feasibility of the location in the market
- Plan and execute a 360-degree marketing
People Management
- Communicate role expectations and deliverables with respect to customer touch points
- Build, coach, motivate and develop team to meet and exceed department's mission
