Head of Marketing Excellence and Customer Insights  Client: Our client is a leading pharmaceutical MNC with global presence. In India, they are headquartered in Mumbai and are doing a business of more than 1500 crores across pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare.  Reporting into the Head of Business and Commercial Excellence and dotted line to the Managing Director, they are looking to hire a Head of marketing Excellence and Customer Insights.  Team: 5 Reportees; 1 Manager Market Excellence and 4 Market Research Managers  Key Responsibilities:  - Work across all Business Units to create brand strategies  - Validation of Brand Plans  - Build KPIs and Metrics using primary and secondary market research  - Create a strong marketing capability for all the business units  - Create a digital marketing platform  Requirements :  You would have done your MBA from a premier B- School, and would have at least 10+ years of experience in the FMCG/Pharma/Consumer Healthcare industry. You have would have at least 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing. Exposure to digital marketing would be an added advantage.
