As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for our company's electrical component products division, you will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including market research, product positioning, branding, advertising, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our electrical component products, targeting key market segments and customer segments.

2. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the electrical components industry.

3. Define and execute product positioning strategies to differentiate our products in the market and drive value proposition to customers.

4. Lead the development of marketing collateral, including product catalogs, brochures, datasheets, and digital assets, to support sales efforts and customer engagement.

5. Oversee branding initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment with company values, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels.

6. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute marketing programs and promotional activities to drive demand generation and lead generation efforts.

7. Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI.

8. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and trade associations, to strengthen brand presence and market influence.

9. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive developments to inform strategic marketing decisions and innovation opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical & PG in Marketing/ Business Administration from top B-Schools are preferred are required.

2. Proven track record of successful marketing leadership experience in the electrical components industry or related field.

3. Strong understanding of electrical component products, market dynamics, and customer needs.

4. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
