Position : Head of Marketing with a leading Edu-Tech organisation Location : Delhi/NCR &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Experience : 12-20 years CTC : 80L-1cr Role&nbsp; &nbsp; - The Head of Marketing will create/strengthen the marketing strategy, increase brand awareness and demand generation across India, - Create brand positioning, creative strategy & campaigns that will significantly increase awareness and a strong brand recall. - Spearhead the Digital initiatives: SEO, SEM, social media, website, content and PR - Support the sales team in all appropriate aspects. Assist the sales team in identifying marketing materials/collateral for presentations. - Be the overall custodian, devise metrics to measure the marketing ROI and ensure monitoring/ management of marketing budgets. - Understand the company's strategic goals and competitive position and establish shared marketing vision across the organization. - Partner with Business, Sales to support Customer Success and Partner marketing programs. - Analyzing market, competition &amp; customer behavior to deliver insights &amp; inputs. - Contribute to the executive leadership of the overall business as an active member of the core executive team.&nbsp; &nbsp;Preferred Qualifications: MBA from a top-10 school (India or Global) preferred
