About the Head of Marketing Role - Education industry & Premium Pedigree mandatory !

As we expand our operations into multiple cities and get ready to launch our technology platform for the world at large, we are looking for a data driven and creative marketing professional to join our core team as the Head of Marketing. As a team, we are dedicated to delivering meaningful learning experiences to our learners and are firm believers in the principle of - doing well by doing good.

We want our Head of Marketing to embody our spirit of creating learner-centric experiences to establish our brand with a high degree of credibility, innovation, and thought leadership in the space of early years education. As the lead ambassador of the brand, you will apply your understanding of brands and consumers to create innovative go-to-market strategies to give us an edge over the competition.

The Head of Marketing role will involve two very diverse domains of work:

1. Growing the brand as a thought leader and innovator in the space of Early Childhood Education

2. Devising and implementing the go-to-market strategy-, our comprehensive technology platform designed specifically for preschools

Responsibilities :

1. Develop a keen understanding of the early years education landscape and our approach to appreciate the nuances of the learning experiences that we create

2. Partner with the core team to develop a comprehensive brand vision plan embodying the spirit of learner-centric experiences

3. Prepare and execute a social media strategy focusing on high impact content to position the brand as a thought leader and to create a strong word of mouth for the brand

4. Conceptualize and implement creative marketing campaigns using online and offline channels to launch our Centres across different cities

5. Work towards creating a sustained parent engagement plan through series of workshops and events

6. Work with the core team to prepare the go-to-market strategy for our preschool platform - in both Indian and International markets

7. Carry out a competition and market study to devise the pricing plans

8. Understand customer requirements and work with the design, technology and curriculum teams to deliver features identified from consumer insights

Preferred Qualifications/Skills -

1.A passion for providing high quality learning experiences

2. A passion for creating and nurturing brands

3. An acumen for storytelling

4. A data driven mindset

5. A deep understanding of varied marketing channels, specially digital

6. 3+ years of marketing experience in a high growth company or a large organisation known for creating impactful brands

7. A bias for action, willingness to work in ambiguity, and an inclination to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing business environment


8. Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
