- Developing business, new clients, activating inactive channels and carrying out market analysis
- Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Pioneered in attaining the Gross Service Revenue
- Identifying and defining critical business KPIs that needs to be tracked
- Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
- Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed
- Working closely with the company's Sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
