Key Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for developing and executing complete branding, media, marketing and communication strategies that drive engagement, growth and enhance brand equity and awareness.
- Drive innovation and bring in new communication ideas on the basis of market research, consumer insights, and business imperatives.
- Coordinate with Product development to design focus studies and multi factor experiments to capture customer insight and enhance product efficacy
- The candidate will serve as internal digital marketing thought leader; helping to identify digital market trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities.
- She/He will be required to provide inputs for non-digital marketing efforts
- She/He will be required to supervise external media agency(ies) relationships for all key channels
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Candidate Specification :
- MBA from Tier 1 college with focus on marketing / digital marketing or equivalent
- Atleast 8+ years of working experience in marketing & strategy with exposure to all aspects of ATL, BTL & digital marketing and coordinating high impact brand campaigns.
- Experience of working in large organization driving digital transformation
- Leading Digital led marketing with understanding of all media/channels including non-digital formats like TV/Print/Outdoor etc
- Experience in leading digital marketing initiatives to drive organizational performance and focus on developing, implementing and monitoring key performance indicators to meet organizational goals.
- Significant hands on or management experience with Google Analytics, Social Media analytics, and SEO Systems or similar digital marketing systems are preferred.
